Full-service planning can include venue sourcing, vendor recommendations, budget development, design and logistics, contract review, timeline development, guest experience, vendor management, and complete event-day execution.
Every full-service event is different, so pricing is based on guest count, location, complexity, and scope.

I've coordinated events in traditional venues as well as weddings and celebrations in settings where the infrastructure has to be created from the ground up — including a 75-person glamping wedding.
Tents, rentals, power, catering, transportation, weather contingencies, guest flow, vendor access, setup, breakdown — these are the details that can make or break an event.
I know how to work with what a venue has, figure out what it doesn't, and build a plan that works.

A 60% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
Once booked, your wedding date is removed from availability and held exclusively for your event.
Final balance is due prior to the wedding week.
