Saffron & Honey is a Persian and Mediterranean food project by chef and culinary anthropologist Shadi Bee, featured in regional and national media for her work in seasonal cooking, food systems, and chef-driven food businesses in Colorado.

Her work spans farmers markets, packaged food brands, private chef experiences, and food systems education — all rooted in Persian culinary tradition and a long-standing focus on ingredient-driven, community-based cooking.

Saffron & Honey represents the current expression of that work: a weekly preorder kitchen bringing Persian and Middle Eastern food into everyday life in Colorado.
