Deposits at Saffron & Honey vary based on the size and scope of the event. For events booked well in advance, we are happy to arrange a payment plan. A non-refundable deposit of 50–70% is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due at the time of service. Please note that all payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments, and the final balance is due at the event and must be paid by cash, check, or other non-credit card methods.

When a client cancels or reschedules at the last minute, it results in a loss of income and a missed opportunity to serve another client. By securing your date with a deposit, you acknowledge and agree that the deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. This policy ensures fairness, protects the integrity of my schedule, and honors the commitment I make to each of my clients.
