Saffron & Honey Provisions are offered on a rotating schedule between Breckenridge and Denver, allowing guests and locals to access chef-crafted pastry and dessert boxes throughout the month.

Each release is limited and made fresh to order.

Gluten-free boxes are prepared using alternative flours and dedicated production timing to maintain quality and integrity.

Saffron & Honey operates from a home kitchen under Colorado Cottage Food guidelines. While gluten-free ingredients are used, products are prepared in a kitchen that also handles wheat.
